These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kariya ("kariya", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the kariya online gaming platform accessible at https://kariya.win ("the Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotional offer on the kariya Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.
• You are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds deposited on the Platform.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and participate in any gaming or betting activity on kariya.
• Residency: kariya primarily serves players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable in your location before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent or who are subject to court-ordered financial restrictions are not permitted to use the Platform.

kariya reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. kariya may suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, and any winnings accrued during the period of non-verification may be voided.

To use the kariya Platform, you must register a single personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account security:

• Single Account Rule: Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on kariya. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, your date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh when creating your account. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• KYC Verification: kariya operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before withdrawals are processed. Accounts that fail KYC checks may be restricted or closed.
• Password Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. kariya will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Account Transfer: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your kariya account or any balance within it to any other person.

kariya uses token-based session management and 256-bit SSL encryption to protect account access. Despite these measures, you acknowledge that no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you accept responsibility for maintaining the security of your own login credentials.

All financial transactions on kariya are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on kariya is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Supported Payment Methods: kariya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be made available from time to time.
• Own Funds Only: All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Using a payment method belonging to another person is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 60 seconds. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed by kariya within the timeframes stated in the payment section of the Platform. kariya reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• No Charges by kariya: kariya does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside kariya's control.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds and real funds are held separately in your account wallet. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings become available for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

kariya may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all kariya bonuses and promotions:

• Eligibility: Each bonus offer will state clearly which players are eligible (e.g., new registrants, depositing players, BPL season participants). kariya reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be disclosed in the specific bonus terms at the time of the offer.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion expressly permits stacking, only one active bonus may be held at any time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in all bonuses being voided.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each offer's terms.
• Abuse and Fraud: kariya reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, collusion, or use of any strategy designed to guarantee returns from bonus funds. This includes placing opposing bets to lock in a profit regardless of the outcome.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account without compensation.

The following rules govern all sports betting activity on kariya, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and all other sports offered on the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted and confirmed only when kariya's system generates a valid bet reference number and the stake is deducted from the player's account balance. Bets placed but not confirmed due to technical failure are not valid.
• Odds Changes: kariya reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final odds that apply to that wager.
• Void Bets: A bet may be voided if an event is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended without a result being determined. Voided bets are returned to the player's balance at the original stake amount.
• Match Abandonment: For cricket matches, the rules of the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI) regarding shortened or abandoned matches apply. kariya follows industry-standard rules for settling bets on matches affected by weather, crowd disturbances, or other external factors.
• In-Play Betting: Live/in-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of delayed data feeds. kariya's trading team monitors all in-play markets and reserves the right to suspend or void in-play bets where data integrity cannot be confirmed.
• Maximum Winnings: kariya may apply maximum payout limits per event and per player per day. These limits will be communicated in the sports betting section of the Platform.
• Suspicious Activity: Bets placed in patterns consistent with match-fixing awareness, insider information, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors may be voided and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

kariya's casino lobby — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and instant-win titles — operates under the following terms:

• RNG Certification: All non-live casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and certified for fair play. The outcome of every game round is random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other certified providers. The rules of each live table game are governed by the rules of that game as displayed in the live studio interface.
• Return to Player (RTP): The theoretical RTP percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is available in the game information panel. kariya does not alter RTP settings from those certified by the provider.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned. kariya is not responsible for network connectivity issues on the player's side that interrupt a game session.
• Game Rules: Each game has its own rules as defined by the software provider. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kariya Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using insider information, including advance knowledge of match results, to place sports bets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once ("multi-accounting").
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Making chargebacks or disputed payment claims in bad faith after genuine gaming activity has taken place.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documents during the KYC or verification process.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kariya's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kariya shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or otherwise:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits arising from any technical failure, service interruption, or act of God.
• Loss of data or corruption of account information resulting from events outside kariya's reasonable control.
• Any financial loss resulting from a player's decision to gamble on the Platform, including losses suffered as a result of problem gambling.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, banks, or card networks.
• Inaccuracies in sports data or statistics provided by third-party data feeds used to display live scores or statistics.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes kariya's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

kariya collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the kariya Privacy Policy.

In summary, kariya collects the following categories of data for the purposes stated:

• Identity Data: Full name, date of birth, and national identity information — collected for KYC, age verification, and fraud prevention.
• Contact Data: Email address and mobile number — used for account communications, support, and promotional messaging (where opted in).
• Financial Data: Payment method details and transaction history — used to process deposits, withdrawals, and meet anti-money laundering obligations.
• Usage Data: Login activity, game history, betting history, session durations — used to personalise the Platform experience and monitor for responsible gaming indicators.
• Device Data: IP address, device type, browser type — collected for security monitoring and fraud detection.

kariya is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure alerts that notify them when they have been logged in and playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary account restriction for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

kariya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kariya will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will state the effective date of the update.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

Termination by kariya: kariya may suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where a player is found to have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.

Termination by the Player: You may close your kariya account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance that has met all applicable withdrawal conditions will be returned to your nominated payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through kariya's internal complaints procedure may be referred to an independent dispute resolution service.
